These terms cover your use of the Startish app and this website. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Using Startish

Startish is a personal task app. You may use it for your own purposes, in line with these terms and applicable law. Don't misuse the app, try to break it, or use it to harm others.

Not professional advice

Startish helps you organize tasks and choose a next step. It is not medical, mental health, legal or financial advice, and it isn't a substitute for any of those. You decide what to do and when.

Your content

Your tasks and notes are yours. They stay on your device, and we don't claim any rights to them. You're responsible for keeping backups of anything important.

Our content

The Startish name, logo, design and software belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your own devices. Use of the app is also subject to Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement.

Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features at any time. We try to keep things working, but the app is provided as is and may contain errors or interruptions.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Startish is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost profits or missed deadlines arising from your use of the app. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Ending use

You can stop using Startish at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend access to the website or any online features if these terms are broken.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
